The Year of the Boar and Jackie Robinson

In China the people have a belief that the year you were born has meaning to what your personality will be like. In the book we are reading, it begins in the Year of the Dog and then becomes the Year of the Boar.  What would your year be if you were born in China?  Use this website: Chinese Zodiac to find your year.  For fun, read what it says and see if any of it matches you.

COMMENT: What year are you and how does it match your personality?

Basketball

We have many students in our class that play rec. league sports. Earlier in the year there were pictures posted of some of our special volleyball players.  Here are some pictures of a few of our students playing basketball!  Whenever I attend games, I am impressed with your ability to play as well as your team spirit and helpfulness to everyone playing.  Way to go All-Stars!
